3 oz. Tomato Juice

1 oz. of Vodka

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1 dash Worcestershire Sauce

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

1 Stalk of Celery

Hot Sauce

To prepare:

In a highball glass with ice, add the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Pour the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice. Stir softly and garnish with celery.

1 tablespoon Superfine Sugar

Lemon wedge

In a cocktail shaker, half filled with ice, mix the vodka, triple sec, sugar and lemon juice. Shake, shake, shake until sugar dissolves.

Grab the lemon wedge and squeeze over the rim of the martini glass. Pour sugar on a plate and place the rim on it.
