Ingredients you’ll need for 8 servings:

1 Lime, cut into 8 wedges

¼ cup of Sugar

2 pints of Lime Sorbet

½ cup of Tequila, good quality

To prepare:

Easy, so easy. First, let’s decorate the glasses. Rub a lime wedge on the rim of each glass and dip into sugar you previously put on a plate.

Now the drink itself. Add two scoops of lime sorbet per glass with tequila and serve with a spoon.

Fresh and sweet, perfect for a pool party!


If you are looking for a fresh cocktail with a sting, the Cucumber Saketini is the drink for you.

Served in a martini glass, it will give any party that extra sophisticated and chic touch. Think Sex and the City!

If the big city presentation isn’t up your alley, serve it in a low glass.

Ingredients you’ll need for 1 serving:

3 oz. of Gin

½ oz. of Sake

5 thin slices of Cucumber

To prepare:

Simplicity is key when making good cocktails, especially if you are throwing a party.

In your cocktail shaker, mix the gin, the sake and ice. Strain into your kind of glass, we recommend a martini glass, but feel free to experiment. Garnish with the slices of cucumber.


Here is a drink that will add color to your party while putting a smile on everybody’s face. It combines the sweetness of the orange, with the freshness of the mint and the distinctive flavour of the Bourbon.

Ingredients you’ll need for one cocktail:

1 ½ oz. Bourbon

½ cup Blood Orange Juice

8 Fresh Mint Leaves

1 Sprig of Mint for Garnish

To prepare:

In your favorite shaker, mix all of the ingredients (except the garnish, obviously). Shake.

Pour into a low glass with ice and add the sprig mint to garnish. What a treat!

Ingredients you’ll need for 8 servings:

2 bottles of Champagne, chilled

4 cups of Pear Nectar

1 Lime cut into 8 Wedges

To prepare:

In a flute or wine glass, serve ¾ cup of Champagne and ½ cup of pear nectar.

Squeeze the lime wedge and throw it in. Done!


Yes, White Sangria. This drink is usually prepared with red wine. If you like white wine better, or just to surprise your friends and be the talk of the party, try it out. It will be a success!

Ingredients you’ll need for 6 servings:

6 cups of Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc

¼ cup Superfine Sugar

1 cup White Grape Juice

1 Ripe Nectarine, pitted and cut into wedges, thin

1 Tangerine, thinly sliced

1 cup Seedless White Grapes, cut in half

1 cup Club Soda

To prepare:

Sangrias are best presented in a large pitcher. Mix the wind and sugar stirring until it completely dissolves.

Combine with the nectarine, tangerine and white grapes. Refrigerate for 4 hours. If you are in a hurry, 1 hour is the minimum we recommend.

Stir, add the club soda and ice to serve.

Whether you are going to the beach, to the mountain, a farm or staying in your small apartment, a cold summer drink makes all the difference. There are thousands of cocktails and new ones are invented every day. They are, however, usually quite complicated and expensive to make.

To freshen up your evening, nothing like a combination of mint and lemon with the distinctiveness  of the Bourbon with a sweet syrup.

You need:

2 oz. of Bourbon

0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

0.25 oz. Lemon Juice

3 Lemon Wedges

Pinch of Mint (10-12 leaves)

To prepare:

It’s important to have a good cocktail shaker. In it, jumble lemon wedges, mint and simple syrup.

Add the Bourbon, the lemon juice and ice and shake away. Put fresh ice in a rocks glass and strain the drink. To decorate, a mint sprig. Enjoy!


If you habe not tried Aperol yet, go buy a bottle right now. Aperol is a low alcohol relative if Campari. In this cocktail it is definitely the star.

You need:

3 oz. Prosecco

2 oz. Aperol

1 oz.  Soda Water

To prepare:

Put ice in a wine glass and build in order. This is, first the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol and last, soda water.

A lemon peel, an olive or an orange wedge are great garnishes for this drink. Switch it up and find what you like best.


It often happens that when people start making their own cocktails, they complicate drinks too much. They equate quality with quantity of ingredients.

You need:

2 oz. London Dry Gin

0.75 oz. Lime Juice

0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

Pinch of mint.

To prepare:

Muddle the mint and simple syrup in your cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake, shake, shake. In a rocks glass with fresh ice, strain the mix. For garnish, a mint sprig.

Nevermind those pre-mixes or prepared daiquiris in bottles. The greatness of Daiquiris can only be reached when it is made fresh with real ingredients and served immediately.

Keep in mind that most people have never had a Daiquiri made from scratch. Here, we have a simple but delicious recipe for a perfect Daiquiri. This is a great drink for parties because you can switch it up with different fruits. Play, shake, strain and drink!

You need:

2 oz. White Rum (Buy quality Rum. Flor de Cana 4yr and Banks 5 Island Rum, for example).

0.75 oz. Lime Juice

0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

To prepare:

Shake. Strain. Serve.

You need:

2 oz. Blanco Tequila (White Tequila, 100% Agave)

Lime Wedges

Pinch of Salt

Grapefruit Soda (Jarritos or Ting)

To prepare:

Nothing could be simpler. You need a collins glass. Add the tequila, fill the glass with ice, a pinch of salt and squeeze the juice from the lime wedge and then throw it in. Fill it up with grapefruit soda.

8 oz. Fresh Mint leaves

2 fl. oz. Ketel One Vodka

1 ½ fl. oz. Cranberry Juice

Fresh Cranberries

¼ fl. oz. Pomegranate (grenadine) syrup

To prepare:

Jumble mint in the base of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake. Pour into a nice, chilled glass.


This drink has a very creamy rose-colored that adds freshness to your cocktail selection.


¼ cup crushed ice

1 Tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary

1 ¼ Inch Thick Sliced Grapefruit

1 ½ oz. Vodka

4 oz. Seltzer Water

Grapefruit Slices and Rosemary Sprigs to garnish

To prepare:

Mix together the ice and rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Add the grapefruit slice and shake. Pour in the vodka and the seltzer and serve in a martini glass. If you like, you can add extra ice.


This cocktail has a great combination of colors and flavours.


1 oz. Amaretto

¼ Cup of Fresh Orange Juice, Chilled

1 ½ oz. Vanilla Vodka

Cranberry Simple Syrup (1 bag frozen cranberries, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water)


¼ Cup Frozen Cranberries

¼ Cup Chilled Sparkling Wine

Orange Zest Twist

To prepare:

Stir the orange juice, amaretto and vodka in a shaker. Pour 1 ½ tablespoon of cranberry syrup on a chilled glass with ice. Add the mix, the cranberries and sparkling wine. Decorate with orange twist and serve in the moment.


This is a great looking cocktail that will look sophisticated and chic in tall thin glass.


3 Tablespoons of Black Cherry Liqueur

1 Tablespoon of Brandy

1 Cup of Crushed Ice

4 Tablespoons of Sparkling White Wine

To decorate: Maraschino Cherries

To prepare:

In a cocktail shaker, mix black cherry liqueur, brandy and crushed ice. Shake until chilled.

In a champagne glass, strain the mix and top it off with the sparkling white wine. Decorate with Maraschino Cherries.

5 Cups of Orange Juice

1 Cup of Vodka

⅓  Cup of Orange Liqueur

¼ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice

½ Cup Maraschino Cherry Juice

Fruit-flavored candy cane, cherries with stems, orange and lemon slices.

To prepare:

Stir all the ingredients and pour over ice. Garnishes vary depending on the flavor you need. You can also switch the orange liqueur with orange juice.
